Despite everything, Popular culture of Egypt has been always Islamic because of the central location on Islamic civilization of Egypt. Therefore, President Nasser’s Pan-Arab message, has caused the Arab enthusiasm. Thus Nasser’s regime propagandized Arab identity systematically in Egypt. Nevertheless.

Arabism concept in Egypt had been kept relatively cursory way. In addition, President Nasser had encouraged people to consider as they part of the Arab world. But President Anwar Sadat had effort to avoid the Pan-Arab address and he had encouraged people to Egypt-based identity.
